Executive Committee The governing body of the Portsmouth Continuum of Care that: Provides direction for PHAC; coordinates activities of the CoC: Acts as liaison to the City Council, Consolidated Plan, 10-year Plan to End Homelessness, regional, and state groups; Reviews all funding proposal requests prior to submission; Authorizes letters of support for funding proposals; and, Schedules and conducts PHAC Executive and General Meetings. Resource Development Committee Responsible for linking gaps in services to resources and works to enhance engagement with housing resources, to include Portsmouth Redevelopment Housing Authority. Co-Chair: Co-Chair: Meeting Schedule: Minutes: 2020 Minutes Membership, Education, and Advocacy Committee Responsible for identifying stakeholder and membership recruitment and communication needs, sets membership goals, implements all education and public training activiites for membership and external audiences, and identifies the education and advocacy best practices to meet associated needs. Co-Chair: Co-Chair: Meeting Schedule: Minutes: 2020 Minutes HMIS Oversight and Management Committee/HMIS User Groups A platform for continued learning and training related to the use of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Ensures that HMIS end users adhere to the Hampton Roads HMIS Policies and Procedures and data collection requirements as outlined in the HUD HMIS Data Standards and other federal partner program manuals. Provides guidance on the implementation of the Hampton Roads HMIS Policies and Procedures and the CoC's adopted Data Quality Plan. Reviews data quality reports on a quarterly basis and focuses efforts on continuously improving data quality. Open to all HMIS end users and Victim Service Provider Agencies utilizing a comparable database.
