General Membership Meeting
The Consortium meets bi annually to participate in the following activities related to Continuum of Care business. The membership elects consortium officers, make final decisions to accept or reject requests for homeless services program funding, review committee reports, and participate in presentations and trainings provided by non-profit and government agencies.

Leadership Team Committee Conducts the business of the Consortium, proposes general policies and guidance of the affairs of the Consortium, meets with committee chairs on a quarterly basis to provide support/guidance to assist committees in accomplishing their goals, conducts annual audit of Consortium's financial records. Provides year-round monitoring of HUD-funded homeless projects, sets annual project prioritization efforts, informs providers of submission requirements, coordinates the non-conflicting review panel, and ensures all projects adhere to HUD policies and procedures. HMIS User Groups A platform for continued learning and training related to the use of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Provides guidance and ensures HMIS end users adhere to the Hampton Roads HMIS Policies and Procedures, data collection requirements as outlined in the HUD HMIS Data Standards and other federal partner program manuals, and the CoC's Data Quality Plan. Open to all HMIS End Users and Victim Service Provider Agencies utilizing a comparable database. Efficiently and effectively leverages community resources to assist individuals and families transition out of emergency housing into transitional or permanent housing and to address barriers to self-sufficiency.
