The Greater Virginia Peninsula Homelessness Consortium (GVPHC) is a regional body comprised of six separate political jurisdictions: Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. This vigorous and collaborative entity is open to any and all agencies, programs, and individuals interested in working to prevent homelessness on the Virginia Peninsula.

Members in this consortium can be individuals or representatives from non - profits agencies, human services agencies, businesses, faith organizations, public agencies, or individuals from the community at-large who are committed to carrying out the mission of the consortium. Membership in this consortium will be updated continuously through an open registration process.
